Please look over my case for New H1-B 2014 and help.

On 18-Jul-14 Received RFE

On 10-Oct-14 RFE Responded & Received

On 2-Dec-14 Premium Processing

On 4-Dec-14 Denial notice due to expired MSA and SOW

On 30-Dec-14 Filed MTR with valid MSA(Valid till 31-Dec-15) and SOW(valid till 30-June-15)

What are the chances to get my petition approved?

  1. is this a fresh h1-b or h1-b transfer

  2. what is your current status in the US?

As per the USCIS website, MTR process is expected to be completed within 90 days.

Chances of approval depends on the validity of the documents submitted for MTR.

Ans-1: Fresh H1-B
Ans-2: Decision Notice Mailed(denied)
Ans-3: MSA is for 1 year and SOW in till 30-June-15(Renew twice a year)

mine is Fresh H1B-2015 Denied case.

My Employer says he has filed for MTR in the 1st week of november 2014. I am yet to receive the MTR receipt number from him.

Very anxious time passing extremely slowly.

Did you get a New Receipt number for the MTR?

No Idea. I have asked my employer to share those details 3 days back. Waiting for their reply.

Today(04-Mar-15) I have received Received “Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration”.

Please suggest how long it will take to approve my petition?

If:

  6. On 04-Mar-15 received status “Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration”.

Please suggest how long they will take?
