Is there any issue / risk if an H1 B extension is never stamped.Im currently working on the extension visa and it gets expired in couple of months. Do I need to get this extension stamped to avoid any risks with future stamping.
You can continue to stay and work in US on the basis of extended 797 and I-94. You don’t need to get it stamped until you travel outside of US next.
