H1-B details are not giving by my employer

I’m in India and my H1B petition was approved but not stamped from my previous employer and my previous employer is not revealing any information related to my H1B like receipt number and documents related to kindly Kindly advise how can I proceed in this situationtl to get the documents from my previous employer.

It is their discretion whether to share it with you or not. Some folks have mentioned about using FOIA to get receipt number from USCIS but I am not sure how successful they have been.
