I have H1 approved with COS denial ( only for 8 months), I received the notice in March due which I was not able to travel outside the country for stamping ( Visa interview and flights got canceled). I am currently on day 1 CPT, my employer have applied for H1b extension. Can someone answer if I will receive COS denial again or will USCIS consider the current situation and give me an I 94?
As the consulates in India are closed I will not be able to travel to India for stamping risking my job here, can someone please advice
