I got RFE on H1-B, and response is in progress. My company applied LCA from one location and got that approved and filed my petition with that LCA, but now they wanted to transfer to diff state for the same client while RFE is in review. I’m worried if changing the state may cause any trouble on my H1B approval. Any suggestions, whether i can move or have to stay back till i get approval.
Again client is same, client letter everything is same. Just have to change the location to diff state becuase of some dependencies of the project.
