H1 B administrative Processing Chennai - 70 days waut

Hi,
I attended my Visa Interview at the Chennai Consulate on Aug 5th. My application was put on administartive processing, with no further documentation requirement.
I have had a status update five times since, Aug 22nd, Aug 28th, Sep 10th, Sep 16th and Sep 18th, just the date change and no change in status.
As far as I know there has been no contact made with either the client in the US or my organization here.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on?

Did you finally get your VISA stamp ?. Was your job EVC model ?.

Also how many days it took end to end to get your VISA ?.

No, it took like 6 months, but the visa was rejected.
