H1-B 2015 - Premium Processing/Non-AD

Hi,

My employer said he applied my H1-B under premium processing/Non-AD. But still no result(neither acceptance nor reject) till today(May 29,2014)? How to find status? Should i consider it as not selected or can hope for good?

Any ideas?

By now, USCIS has notified all the Premium Processing applications and as per the data available in “H1B Tracker” module of this forum, couple of them have got it approved as well.

In case your application wasn’t picked up in the Lottery, your employer would have already got notified. Hence please check with your employer for more details.

You can’t find status on your own and have to depend solely on your employer for this information.
