My H1b is already approved. So, I have authorization to work from Oct 1.
My F1 opt expires on June 3. So, I asked my school DSO for a new I-20, with cap-gap approved. But the DSO couldn’t print the correct one since looks like SEVIS database is still not updated with my H1b approval. So, she had to ask SEVIS for a data fix.
There is a possibility that this data fix might not go through until June 3. What should I use for re-verfication then? Normally, I would’ve given the cap-gap I-20. In this case, since I do not have it yet what should I do?
