My Application Filed on April 2014. Till today website showing status as Initial Review. Majority of Applicants recived Approval/RFE. But my case i dont know till same status. Employer dont want to Upgrade PP due to cost factor. In 2008 i had approval . But due to old employer problem H1 was rejected .
Experts pls guide.
