H1 and L1 concurrent processing

Hi Saurabh,

My L1 is under process at the moment. Planning to apply for H1 in April 2013. Is it possible to apply for L1 and H1 concurrently?

Yes, it is. Are you currently inside US or outside?

Hi Saurabh,

Thanks for your response. Currently Outside US. Will be traveling to US after L1 stamping is done. Since this will be short travel (3 months), and will most likely landing in US after may 2013. planning to apply for H1 before quota is exhausted.
