My H-1B and dependent H4 (I-539) are field together in the current lottery. The H4 check was issued by me and it hasn’t been cashed yet. Does this mean i was not selected in lottery since the data entry is complete OR do i have any hopes? Anybody has experience with such scenario. Please advise
