My H1-B visa is expiring on Sept30,2017.I am planning to file extension next week,once all documents are done.
I have below query
My Dependants are not here and will be coming by end of July, so is it OK or will it create any issues if I file my extension now and their in August i.e seperatelyIf I file seperately will they link my dependant extension to my Extension petition or will it be 2 seperate petitions. (Also do I need to submit all my documents again for my dependants?)And if we file seperately then we will get the status seperately means first mine and then my dependants or will it come together.Thanks,
