Hi,
I was booking an appointment for myself for H1B and I added my wife as well in the family section. I provided her DS160 number as well but I wasn’t asked about the Visa category for her. Then I was asked a few questions to determine dropbox eligibility and based on that I paid a visa fee of $380 for me and my wife.
Now after scheduling the appointment, it is showing the visa category as H1B instead of H4 for my wife visa. Is it expected and accurate? Will it create any issues? Is_dependent is true though for her in appointment details.
Can you please help here?
