H1 amendment REF; H1 to H4 and back to H1 questions

Hi,

I have my H1 approved through a consultancy until 2020, i had a new job so we did file amendment, but received RFE. We did answer RFE and upgraded it to premium status and got another REF. I have an India trip must go

  1. Can I close my H1 un-answering my amendment and convert into H4 while i’m in India

  2. Can i Reopen my H1 and start working once i find a job without going for VISA stamping?

  3. Can i use my H1 the one i got approved for VISA stamping while my amendment is still in process?
