Hi, My employer has received acknowledgement from USCIS and got my receipt no too. When i tried to check the the status of my H-1B it is saying "your case cannot be found at this time in My Case Status". What does this mean?? Please help..I'm worried!!
Did you type the receipt number by removing the dashes.
example: type WAC131325xxxx instead of WAC-13-132-5xxxx.
If not, It might be a technical problem. If it persists for a couple of days, have your attorney/employer call uscis!
