Hi Team,

Our company current strength in USA is 3 employees and we got as big project and this time we are filing close to 40 case, I hope still we are H-1B non dependent employer (bcz employees will join in 2016 OCT) and I hope fees will be USD 325 + USD 500+ USD 750.

You are correct with the fees. They are still not your employees and so don’t matter to the final count.
