My h-1b extension (3 year extension after the initial 3 year visa) is set to expire in November 2014. My current employer has filed the Labor Certification application for Green Card in July 2013. I am looking to relocate to another company in another state by the second week of March. Will I be able to use the same application? If not, will there be enough time to file a new Labor Certification application and still have a valid visa status?
