H-1B RFE Status Can We go outside USA (Urgent)

Hi,

I am on L1/L2 visa and planning for extension visa stamping.

I have applied for H-1B visa which is COS and it is in RFE status.

My questions are,

  1. If I go outside USA for L1/L2 stamping what will happen to COS H-1B visa which is still under RFE.

2.Since I will enter to USA on L2 visa can I continue to work on L2-EAD.
