My H-1B for the first 3 years is going to expire, and I’m preparing for the renew. Does anyone know if there is any requirement for level of wage? Since I heard from an attorney who told me for renew, the level of wage should be one level up. If I used level 1 wage to do the initial H-1B, then I’d better to use level 2 wage.
Additionally, since my title and job function won’t change, so if I use the exact same title and job description as the initial H-1B, would be any problems because I got RFE regarding specialty occupation with this job description when applying for the initial H-1B. So if I keep everything the same, will I get RFE again?
