Hi , I am Indian on H1B visa working in mid size company. i have been offered job by small size company, they are ready to file my green card after 6 months of employment. is it wise to get my green card process initiated from this company or should I look for another big employer. Thanks
The size of the employer really does not matter for Green Card, it is more tied to the role you are looking at and the company general authenticity. If they apply and you get your priority date with them, you can still port it out to other company, when you move to new large company, so let them apply…
