I do not know when my case is filed with USCIS,but i got a call from my HR asking for my Educational documents as it was requested by attorney…she got a call from them… can i assume im there in cap…

If your case was filed earlier, this request must be to respond to RFE notice from USCIS and if that is the case, you are obviously in the cap. I hope you got inside the cap-limit and this is RFE related query.
However, if your attorney is still collecting information for filing the petition, you are out of luck this time as the cap has reached on 11th June.
Your attorney/employer can answer this accurately.
