Hi guys,
Recently i got a mail from uscis that your decision on your previpus petition has been revoked.
My employer had applied for visa in 2011, and i got approval from Nov 2011 to Nov 2012.then i travelled to US.
i stayed one year from march 2012 to april 2013, while i was in US my employer applied for extension and again i got approval till Nov 2013.
However when i returned to india in april 2013, i resigned from my employer in sept 2013. Now in october i got a mail that the previous descion made on your petition has been revoked.
my question is, do i need to apply petition for H1b in new cap quota of 2014 or can i use my previous cap.
please advise.
