Currently, I have been on H1b status since 2019.
I want to change my H1b status to H4 dependent status through my Husband’s H1b (Primary Holder). I’m planning to travel to India and schedule an H4 stamping appointment using my husband’s I-129 approval notice and marriage license.
Is it okay to travel on H1b and get the h4 stamping ? or Will it cause any issue.
Please help me on this.
