My fresh h1B is valid for one year i.e, 1oct2014-30sep2015.If my employer does not do extension till sep’15,i will go on H4 visa on my husband’s H1B.Now my question is if i want to work again after 5-6 months i.e. after nov’15 ,will my Old H1b Petition which got expired on 30sep2015 can be reused or i need to go through lottery process again in apr’16 ?
