HI @Kalpesh_Dalwadi and Experts,
In 2020 my H1B petition was approved from Indian employer and he closed the company.
I never go for the stamping and don’t have any details, since I do not have any contact for the company.
This year new employer started the process. does it create any problem or coliid with old approved H1B.
Can you please advice me on this?
No issues. In fact if you have copy of approval notice or email of the prior H1B, another H1B employer can file cap-exempt (no lottery required) H1B and transfer.
@Kalpesh_Dalwadi I do not have any details. The employer sent a e-mail stated that, your VISA got approved.
Will share you the details and after couple of weeks he sold out the company. Latter I do not have any details and contacts as well.
That is the reason I asked my new company people to start the fresh H1B process.
Now My questions is, does it create any problem?
@Kalpesh_Dalwadi Can you please provide your thoughts.
No issues, your employer can file a cap-subject petition.
