My family filled form I130 with different information (wrong last name and passport number) for me and now I should fill DS 160 and will have student visa interview.
What should I answer to this question:
“Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?”
If I answer “No”, will I face any problem ?
