I am planning to apply for my Mothers tourist visa to US from Bombay. She cannot speak English,marathi, hindi or gujarathi. She speak a language (Ahirani) spoken in northern part of maharashtra (link here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khandeshi_languages). She is illiterate and doesnt speak marathi or hindi. Is there any way I can get around this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You should call the Mumbai consulate and ask them about it.
