for F 1 visa can i show cash in my usa bank account right away ?

i recently moved to usa on h4 visa and want to convert it into f1 visa. I want to show self funding for education by transfering the required amount of money in my usa Bank Account from someone else, do i need to keep funds in my usa bank account for certain time period before applying for f1 or i can show the money right away as it is tranffered in my account ?

No, that requirement is only for mortgage loans. You simply have to demonstrate availability of funds. It could be a copy of your most recent bank statement.
