I’m in india and I have an approved H1B petition valid from oct 2014, I had asked my employer to let me start working in usa from oct but he is telling me, rejection chances are high if I go for stamping in september and said generally he sends all his employees for stamping in december. Is this true that rejection chances are high in september?
