I have a valid F1 visa and plan to attend my program starting August (Fall 2022). The problem is that I cut my left thumb on sharp glass and had to get stitches on it. It has healed fully but I am worried the fingerprint won’t match with the one in the biometrics database and that it might create issues at the Port of Entry/Immigration when I land in the US. What to do in this situation?
Should not be a problem if it has healed, your print should be back. If you have any medical bills you should keep them and tell the facts if asked in case of any issues.
