i was in us in 1999, but i dont have any of the informations such as passport, period of stay or the date granted visa etc. how can i fill the applications please support me?

In my opinion, the previous visit statute of limit has expired which means none of the records will be accessible. If asked, please mention that you were in the US previously and that you do not have details because it was too long ago. Also, your reason for return should be documentable. On the DS-160 write ‘yes’ to previous visits but leave other fields blank if possible. Approximate the dates. Visa class should be accurate.
