Filled expanded petitioner name

Hi,

In my I797 petitioner name was mentioned as ‘ABC COMPANY & BUS LLP’.

While filling DS 160 I have filled the question ‘name of person/company who filed your petition’ as

‘ABC COMPANY AND BUSINESS LLP’ which just the expanded form. Is this fine or should I create a new DS 160. I have submitted my previous DS 160.

Please advise.

Its best to keep them same, but I think it should be ok. You haven’t changed the name drastically, its just the expanded form.
