My H1b got picked up in second lottery for H1b 2021. I work for multinational company and there is very less communication with lawyers directly. HR is the point of contact.
My company lawyers filed my H1b petition without experience letters. They took all other documents like education, my status in US, family status…
I am worried that may be it is missed. Please advice.

You do not necessarily need experience letters for the H1B petition filing.
As long as you have skills and your education matches with that, you should be fine.
Do not worry, ask your company to share the receipt number to check status on the USCIS website.
