My priority date is 10/23/2009 and has an approved I-140 in EB3 (India) with employer A. Later, I changed the employer and ported to EB2 (India)and approved I-140 with employer B. Currently I’m working with employer B. Now as per my priority date EB3 filing for I 485 is current, Can I consider filing for I 485 with my EB3? Please help.
You could consider doing that…It is slightly complex with the downgrade process, I would suggest you discuss with your current attorney.
