I work for Company A, due to a change in location of my client Company A is filing a amendment with USCIS. The filing is under normal processing. Meanwhile, I have an offer with Company B who is ready to file for my H1b transfer under premium processing. Can both applications be processed parallely or due you see an issue here? Appreciate your advice here.
