My spouse’s H4 EAD application has been filed by my employer along with my H1B Extension and my spouse’s H4 COS on April 14 2020. We have received the receipt notices for H1B and H4 COS by April 30 2020 with notice date as April 21 2020.
I have the FedEx tracking number which shows the Proof of Delivery to the Vermont processing center mail room.
The law firm confirmed that they did not receive the H4 EAD receipt notice.
Could you please advise me on how I should proceed now. Can I contact USCIS via telephone inquiring for the notice?
