Filed H1 on 29th March and project get over on 5th april

HI Saurabh,

I have a question. My employer sent H1 package on 29th March with vendor letter along with other supporting documents. But today my client told me because of budget issue my project will be end this friday 4/5/2013. So my question is there any problem i will face in H1 because when i applied no one know that this will happen next week.

You need not worry, the decision will be based on what you sent. In-case they ask for more client detials, you can send in your latest one, stating client change. Your lawyer will take care of it for you in putting together a letter stating the same.
