Hello,I am writing to let know that a discrepancy was found in my appointment confirmation letter during VFS process.
Upon reviewing the document, it was detected that the DS confirmation number mentioned in the appointment letter does not match my actual DS confirmation number.
To cancel the appointment and to close and start application to add correct details, I see the options are not available in my login portal. The available options are Manage applications, Feedback/Request and Messages. I had raised a case and I’m still awaiting response. Have anyone faced this issue? If so, could anyone get me a solution? Thanks.
