We are in trouble, need your suggestion in resolving that.
my wife is on H4 visa and applied for H1 COS through one of the USA employer1. In between we went o india she got H1 approved with out COS and her employer1 received a amendmant notice. then on words they are responding to that notice. every time they are receiving same response back from USCIS.
In between my wife got a job and her employer1 said she can work with that H1 applied status. Mean while they are continue to give response to USCIS.
She got a job as cop to corp bases and her employer1 signed job contract with different employer2 name. at that moment we thought every thing gonna ok.
After working like that for 4 months with that employer2 she got H1 approval for employer1. Now employer 2 is not giving salary to me it’s been 7 months i did not get proper salary. i hardly get 1000 once and 2000 once that to after traking them so many times. now they have a very big amount of my salary.
When i try to contact any of the employer1 or 2 they are not responding for that money. they are saying from past 6 onths they will give that money in a day or two.
What should we do? employer1 saying they will run my pay check from coming 25th onwaords based on her H1 status. Does she have to forgto about that money she worked for.???
We planned so much with that money. don’t know what to do. employer1 some time no one is available over the phone.
