I am working on F1 STEM OPT, just started in this Feb 19, I got married on Dec 18.
My wife is having visa interview on this April 3-4.
What should be the ideal intend duration to stay for DS-160?
Should I say “1-2 months” or longer time “as long as I have a visa”.
FYI: She is not doing any job in India.
You should put the duration of what she really intends to stay. If she plans to stay with you until your OPT expires, you should indicate the duration accordingly…if she will leave in 2 months, then indicate accordingly.
If initial opt is going to expire after 5 month what to include in ds160 for f2 regarding length of stay
