Thank you for help lot of people with this form. Please give me any sugistion in my case.
Presently I am on F2 visa.My I-20 is valid upto Sep-30. My Wife H1B is upgraded to PP on Sep 21st and waiting for approval.
Actually planed to apply my H1B with different company in this year but that is not done. So I recently applied my H4 on Sep 25th saparately. That is reached to USCIS on Sep-26th. If my wife's H1B is in still pending after Oct 1st also Can I Stay in US?
Please help me..
