F2 for Wife after my Graduation and before OPT

Hi I am on F1, i am Graduating on Dec 18th 2015. My OPT start date is Feb 1st 2016. I am planning to apply for F2 visa for my wife and daughter on Dec 30th 2015.
As the Visa date is after my Graduation and before OPT start date, will it be an issue for Visa. Please help me with your suggestions.

You need I 20 with F2 approval from University. If university is satisfied about finances I see no problem
