F1 Visa rejected twice under section 212(a)(6)(C)(i)

Hi all,

I got married in Feb 2019, after that in march my wife F1 visa got rejected under section 212(a)(6)©(i) and they took her passport and kept like almost 4months,Next interview in Hyderabad they gave same slip to her under section 212(a)(6)©(i) again rejected.

Can please anyone tell me what I have to do to getting my wife visa either she will go F1 again or F2 visa. Write now I am in OPT it will be expire in May 2020.

@mouli, As I read the section given is for fraud or misinterpretation of facts. I am not sure, if it will be possible to get over it. Talk to an attorney on this. Check USCIS site for info
