Hello,

My VISA in the passport was expired in August 2013.Currently, I am on my OPT Extension which is valid till June 2015.There is a need to travel to India in the month of April.Planning to apply for my H1 this April(2014).Can I travel to India after applying for H1.Will there be any problem in the process?

If I travel in the month of april after applying for H1,can I stay in India till the process is completed and go for stamping in India?
