Hello-
I was on F1 visa which expired in May2013 and I am graduated in August 2013. After which I did not apply for OPT because I applied for H1b in April 2013,picked in lottery and got RFE which is Answered already.If by any chance my visa gets denied what should be my next step to stay back in US. I can not go back to F1 as my sevis is already expired.please suggest me. Will I have grace period after h1 denial or should I leave the country immediately.
