I visited USA in 2012 on B1/B2 Visa got married there. After 3 months we applied for my H4 visa. After 2 months of H4 Visa approval applied for F1 visa. Got the F1 Visa approval in Oct 2012. The approval was valid till duration of study. I completed my studies in July 2013 in Masters in Information Systems. Their after we applied for my OPT and got they job.
My job started from the first day of the OPT visa. In April 2014 my employer filed for my H1B and we got the visa approval.
Because of some personal reason I travelled to India with all the valid documents for F1 visa stamping. But my F1 visa was rejected in mumbai informing me that the Duration of study has expired. Please advise how can I apply for my F1 status.
