I’m on OPT Extension valid until Feb 2021 working FT. I applied for H1 through my employer in March 2020, but I was not selected in the lottery. So, I applied for H4 COS and H4 EAD in May 2020 and both applications are still in process, no change in both cases form the date I applied except H4 EAD cheque was cashed. Due to the pandemic, in the second H1 lottery, my application is selected. Could you please tell me what my options are? I’m still with the same employer and they are willing file my H1!!
