My husband is on F1 visa and his studies are going to end in December 2020. He is a research assistant with minimal pay. Can i say my father is my sponsor even after marriage as im the only child? Or is it necessary to mention husband’s name in sponsors? Please reply
Well, it should not matter as long as there is proof of funds. It can be anyone in the immediate family.
