From past 2 years i am working in a IT company in Bangalore.
Recently i applied for H1 B visa through a company(in US) and i got approval from USCIS.
I need to attend the VISA interview. Previously that is in 2006 i had applied for F1-VISA and it got rejected for thrice in same year(2006).
So is there any question of problem during my H1b VISA interview.
What would be the best way to tackle the interview
Past F-1 rejection would not impact your current H-1 stamping. You should answer the questions truthfully. Don’t know about your specific case, but most common reason for F-1 rejection is that the person was deemend as an immigrant, which is not an issue for H-1 visa.
