Hello,
I applied for my F1 reinstatement Sept 2019 and got a response from USCIS to proceed with fingerprinting and my application was received. I graduated Dec 2019 and I have less than 60 days already to apply for OPT. I met with my DSO and she insists that she cannot help me because my reinstatement application is pending.
I really want to apply OPT before the end of 60days and I don’t know how to proceed. I have even informed my congressman office about my case and they haven’t heard back from USCIS.
Pls I need your advice. Thanks
